Shipping Policy

We aim to offer the best shipping service, irrespective of where you live. We deliver our products to hundreds of customers daily whilst ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

  1. We dispatch all the orders within 12 - 48 working hours. Post that, the delivery timelines are : 

3-5 working days - for metro cities

5-7 working days - for other cities and towns. 

7-10 working days - for rural/remote areas.

However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors outside of our control. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within the mentioned time frame, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated shipping date.

  1. All orders will receive a tracking number via email once they have been shipped, so you can easily monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  2. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

  3. For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

  4. The prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes.

  5. We do not ship orders on Sundays or Indian holidays. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on a given time period.
