Refund Policy

Purchasing a product shows that you have approved, understood, and agreed to abide by the below-mentioned terms & conditions.

1.Return

This return policy is only applicable if the item was sold on www.hazelandhue.in

  • If the item received is different from what you had ordered

  • If the item received is damaged or manufacturing defect condition.

  • If the item is having missing parts or accessories which were mentioned on the product page.

  • If the return request is raised within 3 Working Days from the date of delivery. Return requests after the return period will be rejected.

  • Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts accessories, and original packaging box delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.

  • Due to multiple factors, colors of the actual product and the product image varies. The actual color of the product may vary and hence the slight variation in the color shade does not come in the return policy. Return of a different color item is only eligible if the color of the item is totally different from the image on the product page.
    For example, the Item shown was blue and received brown.

  • We do not have any return policy for Quality related issues.

NOTE :- 

All return requests will only be processed on the basis of a PARCEL UNBOXING VIDEO. This video must clearly demonstrate the following:

  • The unopened and undamaged packaging of the product.

  • The product's original condition, without any signs of use or damage.

  • They included accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

Failure to provide an unboxing video meeting these requirements may result in the denial of your return request.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for size issues, as all product dimensions are clearly mentioned on each product page. Customers are requested to verify measurements before placing an order.

We hold the right to reject returns, refund, or replace the item depending on your return request and the return conditions fulfilled.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g. credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking). Tentative Process time - 4-5 days from the day of filing return.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued only in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases on our website with an expiration date of 1 year. Tentative Process time - 4-5 days from the day of filing return.

In case of a refund, the original delivery/shipping charges will not be refunded. Only the product price will be eligible for refund after the returned item passes our quality check.

Please note that we currently do not offer a reverse pickup facility.

In case of a return, customers are requested to self-ship the product(s) to our address using any reliable courier service.

Prices for return shipping are to be borne by the customers. Kindly ensure that you take receipt of the acknowledgment from the courier person regarding the number of products you are dispatching with the signature and contact details. Hazel & Hue will not be liable for any lost shipment.

We recommend returning items by trackable mail because all items sent that do not reach Hazel & Hue warehouse will be treated as non-returned. Please note that the parcels are your responsibility until they are returned to Hazel & Hue on the following address:

2.Exchange

As per the company policy, we do not provide an exchange on any product once sold. Once the Hazel & Hue’s items are sold, they can only be exchanged for replacement in the same color (provided the mentioned below terms & conditions are fulfilled). In case the product is out of stock/unavailable with us, we have the provision of issuing a credit note for the amount / refund the amount. 

You may write to us at hazelhuee@gmail.com specifically within 48 hours of receiving the parcel order to request the exchange. Once receiving an acknowledgment from the team, please send the product back to us, we do not have a reverse pick-up facility. 

Process & Schedule of Orders Exchange

  • Charges - NIL (ZERO).

  • Tentative Process time - 7-8 working days from day of filing exchange.

Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any return or exchange.

NOTE :-

3.Cancellation

If you think you have ordered the wrong item, you can request the cancellation strictly before the dispatch and we’ll refund 100% money back. 

Please write to us at hazelhuee@gmail.com to request the cancellation. Cancellation directly through the website is not possible.

After the dispatch, if you send an order cancellation email, you will not be eligible for the cancellation policy, since the product might have been shipped by that time.

The Customer agrees not to dispute the policies made by Hazel & Hue and accepts Hazel & Hue’s decision regarding the cancellation.

  • Tentative Process time - 2-3 working days from the day of applying cancellation.
